At Kitchen & Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your culinary essentials. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the kitchenware items you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Securely place the items in their original manufacturer packaging and include all manuals or accessories to ensure a smooth inspection process.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it to the outside of your package, covering any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
